We are an open group of extremely dedicated individuals with a common favorite exercise: The Dead Lift.

Yes, we do other exercises, too. In fact, we pride ourselves in keeping a well-rounded workout regimen. Because we each have our own specialties and individual focuses, we teach, coach, and encourage each other to continuously improve. It doesn’t matter how much you can lift; it only matters how hard you try.

We realize strength training has more than just a physical component. It is a mental game. It is that mental game that we focus on winning. We train harder than anyone at any commercial gym because this isn’t just a hobby for us.

This is our life and we are living it one rep at a time.
